The USDA recommends that you eat 25-38 grams of fiber per day and the average adult consumes only about half of that!
Why is that so important? Fiber can help lower cholesterol, better regulate blood sugar levels, and may prevent intestinal cancer. We invented FIBRFIX to help adults get more fiber with ease.
How it all began
our story
It all started when my boyfriend at the time was “dieting.” He tried the usual - calorie deficits, carb cycling, intermittent fasting, and so on. He was pretty strict, though once in a while, he'd find himself caving to his cravings and indulge in "healthy snacks" (as he called them).
After researching his eating habits, we discovered that these “healthy snacks" were loaded with fats, sugars and additives meant to keep you hungry for more! On top of that, we learned that his diet was severely lacking in a not-so-secret nutrient he needed but wasn't getting... Fiber!
